  1. You shall listen to your coach.

  2. You shall try your best and NEVER give up.

  3. You shall not give excuses for not trying your best when things are hard.

  4. Always be prepared before practice and matches.

  5. You shall watch the ball all the way into your point of contact.

  6. Move your feet like your life depends on it.

  7. Swing through your ground strokes.

  8. Punch your volleys.

  9. Continental grip on your (most) volleys, serves, overheads & two-handed backhands.

  10. Control your racquet head at all times during and after swing.
