United States Professional Tennis Association

The USPTA is the organization that certifies professional tennis coaches to insure that students get the best in training.

United States Tennis Association

The USTA is the national governing body for tennis in the U.S. Their mission is to promote and develop the growth of tennis, from local communities to the professional game. The USTA is a not-for-profit organization with reginal sections across the country.

Southern California Tennis Association

The SCTA is part of the USTA.  The USTA Southern California Section, which was founded in 1887, is one of the 17 sections of the United States Tennis Association.  It is committed to promoting the game of tennis by offering quality recreational and competitive programs for people of all ages and abilities.

ATP World Tour

The Association of Tennis Players is the official governing body for men's professional tennis.  Founded in 1972, it's a rich resource for pro tournament news, scores, players, live streaming videos and more.

WTA

The Women's Tennis Association was founded in 1970 and represents professional women tennis players.  Like the ATP, with which they are affiliated, the WTA website is a great resource about the players, up-to-the-minute scores, schedules, etc.
