Coach Alex Bushuev

Alex Bushuev brings international tennis coaching and playing experience to Rancho Niguel Tennis academy.  He holds a Master’s degree in Physical and Sport Education from Kant State University in 2005.  In addition, he is a Certified Masters Plus + Coach and Chief Official for numerous RTT tournaments.  His career has been motivated by his early tennis achievements, most notably:

 

  • 1999: Baltic Cup TE tournament winner, Sport Master Candidate qualification

  • 1997-1999: Tennis Club Pitea team member, Sweden.  Highest ranking 5 among up to 16/yo competitors.

 

Alex has coached some very successful tennis players including:

  • 2013-current: Pavel Bushuev (2008) personal tennis coach with following achievements:

  • Kaliningrad regional tennis championship winner, singles and doubles

  • National Central Federal District tennis championship winner, singles and doubles (2021)

  • Russian Tennis Tour winner, singles and doubles (2021, 2020, 2019)

  • 2014-current: personal coach of

  • Eva Avetisyan (TE U16 Ranking 52), Armenia National Tennis Team member, Fed Cup

  • Polina Musijchenko (TE U14 Ranking 70)

  • Diana Kaybara (TE U14 Ranking 114)
