Q.  What are the payment methods?

 A.  Cash, check, PayPal (which accepts all major credit cards, fee paid by client)
 

Q.  Do you give refunds for pre-paid lessons?
A.  Yes. For long-term illness or injury with doctor’s letter.

 

Q.  What is the cancellation policy?
 A.  When sick and rain, but texted before class not after class.


Q.  Do I have to sign-in at The Club?
 A.  Yes. When coming to a class there is a is sign-in sheet at the front desk

Q.  What should I bring?
A.  Bring these to all your private and clinic lessons: 

  •Tennis Racquet

  •Fluid

  •Towel

 

Q.  What kind of shoes should I wear?
 A.  Tennis shoes that provide adequate support especially for lateral movement on a hard-court surface.
 

Q.  What kind of clothes should I wear?
 A.  Comforable clothing suitable for athletic movement and exercise.


Q.  Can I play Tennis without taking a clinic or private lesson?
A.  No. The client can only use the facility for tennis lessons when a lesson is scheduled, unless they are a member of The Club at Rancho Niguel.

 

Q.  Where do I park?
 A.  There is ample free parking in front of The Club at Rancho Niguel.

Q.  What Holidays are you closed?
 A.  The Fourth of July, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
